Francine was born and raised in Val Gagne, Ontario. In 1977, she moved to Timmins and joined John Stephens in his newly established monument business. For 13 years, she worked in all aspects of the business and gained valuable experience in the monument building trade. Francine completed the prestigious Dale Carnegie Course in 1987. In 1990, she was certified by the Ontario Ministry of Skills Development as a Memorial Craftsman. The same year, she took over the reigns of the operation; she acquired a state of the art computer system to assist her in producing layouts faster and more efficiently. In 1995, after doing all the work manually for nearly 15 years, she was able to offer scaled drawing of the monuments that she was designing for her clients. Francine studied psychology and sociology at the Universite de Hearst a Timmins and she attends as many seminars on "Death and the grieving family" as possible, to stay sensitive to the needs of the families that she serves.




Born and raised in Val Gagne, Ontario, Yvon has over 10 years experience in monument sales and service. Prior to joining the team at Timmins Northland Monuments, he was a manager of operations for a local retail business, where he also worked in sales and service for over 25 years. Yvon has always been actively involved in his community, serving on different committees as a volunteer. He is a member of the board of Directors of La Caisse Populaire de Timmins Ltee. and he serves on the Black River Matheson Cemetery Board. Yvon brings a high level of dedication to the service that he provides to the families that he serves. He is always flexible with his time and will visit families in their own home to accommodate their individual needs.




Ray Rains was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. He started his career in the monument trade at Lock City Monuments in Sault St. Marie. In 1982, he moved to Timmins to begin working at Timmins Northland Monuments. In 1990, Ray became one of a handful of people certified by the Ontario Ministry of Skills Development as a Memorial Craftsman. Although he has become our resident artist, Ray has worked in every aspect of the monument building process for over 25 years. As well as being an excellent monument builder, Ray is an accomplished woodworker and enjoys working with antiques. He brings a high-level of precision and perfection to his work. He is a true artist and is always dedicated to producing top quality images on the memorials that he creates for the families that he serves.
